Refunds & Returns

We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if you wish to return your item, please:

1) Repackage the item in the original packaging 

2) Email: info@a365uk.co.uk for a freepost label stating your name, order number & reason for return

3) On receipt of the label take your item to your nearest EVRI drop off point and keep a note of the tracking number provided.
