Description
The tray is finished with a 2 layer copper coloured non-stick coating which allows you to cook with little or no oil or fat. It offers two different sections, one with a flat, smooth base that is ideal for foods such as vegetables, meats, fish, pies.
The second section features drainage holes that make it ideal for crispy cooked chips, pizza or burgers.
The overall dimensions are 40 x 32 x 2 cm; Each section measures 17 x 29 x 2 cm on the inside.
The tray is dishwasher safe although we recommend washing it by hand. However, it is not suitable for use in the microwave.
